Returning A Product:
If you get your product and there appears to be anything that happened during shipping you will need to contact us within five business days. If for any other reason you decide to return the products that you purchased you must return it within 30 days of your initial purchase and a 20% restocking fee will be applied or you will be able to exchange for other products within 30 days also, with the requirement that the product you purchased is unopened.
There will be a restocking fee of 6% of your order amount as soon as your credit card has been charged due to processing fees etc.. If you decide you dont want a product before it gets to you but has been shipped the full 20% restocking fee will be charged. If an item is erroneously sent, and an item is sent as a replacement, the purchaser acknowledges that they will return the wrongly sent item or be charged the list price on the site for the item if not returned within 30 days of the reciept of the second package. To return any products that have been purchased, the customer must first obtain a return authorization number from US Muscle Mods. If product is shipped back without a return authorization number, it will be shipped back to the customer at their cost. An RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number is required for all returns. Any items that are returned damaged are subject to the restocking fees that the manufacturers deem necessary to repair their product that was returned in a damaged condition.
The customer also acknowledges by purchasing from US Muscle Mods that they are responsible to make arrangements with the shipping company to receive their products that they have purchased. If The package is refused at the door or by not making the proper arrangements with the shipping company, then the 20% restocking fee applies to those items sent back.
Warranty Policy:
By purchasing from US Muscle Mods you agree to our warranty policy as herein described. US Muscle Mods offers a 30 day limited warrany from the date that the product is received by you our customer. We will replace any defective products purchased from us for a period of 30 days. Please give us a call to make a warranty request. We will email you a prepaid return label for you to ship the defective product back to us for inspection. A replacement product will then be sent to you. If a replacement part is not available, a full refund will be issued to the original purchaser. This limited warranty is non-transferable.
After the 30 day period any warranty coverage needed will be provided by the manufacturers warranty. Most of our product pages list the manufacturers warranty. If there are any questions on a specific manufacturers warranty please give us a call. Other than the original manufacturer's warranty and our 30 day limited warranty, there are no warranties, expressed or implied for any of our products.
The amount of liability to US Muscle Mods is limited to the dollar amount of the original sale. Products damaged as a result of abuse, misuse, incorrect installation, faulty repairs, or modifications will not be covered by warranty. The warranty does not cover any expenses incurred by installation errors. Lost or stolen return packages are the responsibility of the customer as the shipper. As the shipper the customer is the only one who can file a claim for lost shipment with the shipping company.

Signature Required: Due to certain dishonest patrons we are now requiring signatures on orders, if this will be a problem let us know as you order. Also, even if you say that you dont want a signature required if UPS and the other delivery services have had problems with theft in your area they will not leave the package without a signature. If it is possible to have no signature required in the purchaser's area, the purchaser acknowledges that all responsibility for delivery is removed from US Muscle Mods.
US Muscle Mods also reserves the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason.
