At US Muscle Mods we care about our customers and their performance part needs. If you get your product and there appears to be anything that happened during shipping you will need to contact us within five business days. If for any other reason you decide to return your performance parts or other parts you must return it within 30 days of your initial purchase and a 20% restocking fee will be applied or you will be able to exchange for other products within 30 days also, with the requirement that the product you purchased is unopened.

There will be a restocking fee of 6% of your order amount as soon as your credit card has been charged due to processing fees etc.. If you decide you dont want a product before it gets to you but has been shipped the full 20% restocking fee will be charged. If an item is erroneously sent, and an item is sent as a replacement, the purchaser acknowledges that they will return the wrongly sent item or be charged the list price on the site for the item if not returned within 30 days of the reciept of the second package. An RMA number is required for all returns. Any items that are returned damaged are subject to the restocking fees that the manufacturers deem necessary to repair their produce that was returned in a damaged condition.

Each manufacturer is different so if the products your purchase become defective their return policies are as follows.

All warranties are manufacturer warranties. US Muscle Mods does not warranty any of the products they sell. By purchasing from US Muscle Mods you agree to those terms.

The customer also acknowledges by purchasing from US Muscle Mods that they are responsible to make arrangements with the shipping company to receive their products that they have purchased. If The package is refused at the door or by not making the proper arrangements with the shipping company, then the 20% restocking fee applies to those items sent back.

To return any products that have been purchased, the customer must first obtain a return authorization number from US Muscle Mods. If product is shipped back without a return authorization number, it will be shipped back to the customer at their cost. A return authorization number is required for any return.

Signature Required: Due to certain dishonest patrons we are now requiring signatures on orders, if this will be a problem let us know as you order. Also, even if you say that you dont want a signature required if UPS and the other delivery services have had problems with theft in your area they will not leave the package without a signature. If it is possible to have no signature required in the purchaser's area, the purchaser acknowledges that all responsibility for delivery is removed from US Muscle Mods.

Performance Chips- For Hand held Programmers by Superchips, Diablo Sports and Hypertech there is a lifetime guarantee. If there are any flaws in the manufacturing or programming when you initially receive it, then return the programmer to us and we will replace it. You can return them within five business days for a refund if after we test it it shows that it has not been connected to a vehicle.
